— My Story
Ayreeona Myricks is a woman of God, a disciplined disciple, and a relentless advocate for women’s healing and wholeness. A Philadelphia native and the only daughter among four siblings, she discovered early on that her calling was to serve, empower, and transform lives.
With a deep passion for self-love, self-actualization, and self-awareness, she founded AyrFitWomen Wellness Center, a faith-based movement dedicated to restoring women through holistic wellness and spiritual alignment. As a highly skilled personal trainer, she has worked with women battling PCOS, MS, Fibromyalgia, obesity, pelvic floor dysfunction, hypertension, and diabetes, demonstrating that true healing begins in the mind before it manifests in the body.
Her mission is clear: to awaken, equip, and empower women to walk in their divine wholeness—mind, body, and spirit. Her calling is undeniable: to be a voice of hope, a force of discipline, and a vessel for transformation.
This is not just a movement. It’s a revolution.
